London, 28th of March 2024 – Preservation Capital Partners, a leading Financial Services investment firm, is delighted to announce the successful close of PCP Fund II, securing €459 million in capital commitments. This achievement marks a significant milestone for the firm, representing a notable 30% increase from its predecessor fund, PCP Fund I, which raised €350 million in 2019.
The closing of PCP Fund II is a testament to the unwavering support and trust of both longstanding and new investors who have joined the PCP family. Since its inception in 2017, Preservation Capital Partners has remained steadfast in its commitment to delivering exceptional results and maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
“We extend our deepest gratitude to our investors for their continued confidence in our vision and strategy,” said Jatender Aujla, Managing Partner at Preservation Capital Partners. “Their support has been instrumental in our journey, and we are dedicated to upholding our promise of consistently delivering top quartile returns, regardless of market conditions.”

With the closing of PCP Fund II, Preservation Capital Partners now manages approximately €1 billion in assets under management (AuM) across its three active funds, solidifying its position as a leading player in the Financial Services sector.
