Preservation Capital Partners Announces 2021 Promotions

Preservation Capital Partners (“PCP”), the high growth financial tech and services private equity firm, today announced a number of promotions within its team, reflecting their contribution to the business as well as PCP’s commitment to developing its talent.

Andrea Secci have been promoted to Managing Director from Principal, Armin Holeisen to Principal from Vice President and Tanguy Belanger to Vice President from Associate.

Andrea joined Preservation Capital Partners in 2021 from J.C Flowers & Co where he spent more than 7 years. Previously, he also worked in the Investment Banking team at J.P. Morgan. Andrea serves on the Board of Parmenion.

Armin joined Preservation Capital Partners in 2021 from Centerbridge Partners where he spent more than 2 years. Previously, he also worked in the Financial Institutions Group team at Perella Weinberg Partners.

Tanguy joined Preservation Capital Partners in 2018 from Merrill Lynch where he spent more than 2 years in the Financial Institutions Group and TMT teams. Tanguy serves on the Board of Optio.
