Expansion of market presence in Germany: HBC and TPSH

HBC expands market presence with the acquisition of the TPSH Group, and expands activities in Europe

TPSH Group and its companies will become part of HBC in October 2023. HBC, founded in Hamburg in 2022, will thus strengthe its business locations in southern Germany and further expanding presence on the German market.
