Preservation Capital Partners (“Preservation Capital”), a specialist investor in the asset-light financial services sector, today announces the closing of Preservation Capital Partners Strategic Opportunities Fund I (“the Fund”) at £150million.
The continuation fund was raised during 2023 in the context of the reinvestment in BMS in September 2023, and it had substantial demand from a diverse group of global investors, which include public pension plans, funds of funds and institutional family offices. Preservation’s relevant sector expertise, continued relationship with BMS, the company’s attractive business model and it’s strong management team underpinned the success of the fundraising.
Jatender Aujla, Managing Partner and Founder of Preservation Capital, declared, “We are thrilled to announce the closing our most recent fund, backed by an exceptional group of investors who appreciate the distinctive value of our targeted investment strategy. We take pride in our relationship with BMS, dating to our initial investment in 2019 which has proved phenomenal for Preservation Capital. Our unwavering commitment is geared towards generating exceptional returns for both the management team at BMS and the investors who steadfastly support our vision.”
